Purpose of Electrostatic Oiling is to prevent rusting of steel strip/ coils by putting a measuring quantity of oil over the strip surface by using High Voltage blade assembly. Blades can be provided single or both side oiling (Top & bottom).
The benefit of Electrostatic Oiling Machines is not only limited to rust prevention but also ensure clean environment for operator by arresting excess flow of oil, which in turn is a cost saving criteria too.
Industrial Washing/ Cleaning cum De-Greasing Machine
Industrial washing unit comes with a great solution for environment friendly PLC Controlled automated cleaning & de-greasing of used parts and components like bearing, turbo-charger, engine block, traction motor and any others spares.
Major importance of Auto-Washer is to safeguard operator’s life by ensuring no-contact cleaning process. Which means that operator need not to be engaged physically during cleaning process. The cycle runs as per desired recipe/ HMI data
The process flows inside a closed chamber/ cabinet mainly through 3 stages i.e. Rough Wash with detergent solution, Post wash Rinsing with hot water mixed with rust-inhibitor and final stage vacuum Drying.
All above 3 process runs by hot water spraying inside cabinet and same water becomes recycled upto a certain time to avoid large amount water consumption. Also post cleaning sediments/ mugs are brought out from wash tank through a filtering process to safeguard the environment.
